We encourage you to explore our ministry and join us for worship. We are proud to be a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and the Minneapolis Area Synod, located in New Hope, Minnesota.

House of Hope Lutheran Church is a Reconciling in Christ Community.  All are welcome to worship, to hear the Good News, to receive the sacraments, and to participate fully in fellowship and service.  God loves us unconditionally and we endeavor to be a place where that same hospitality is extended to everyone.  Following Christ we seek justice and reconciliation among all peoples. National ELCA Youth Gathering Houston – 2019

The National ELCA Youth Gather in Houston will be held June 25-July 2, 2019 in Houston, Texas. All youth in grades 8-12 are invited! Talk to Pastor Gretchen if you are interested.  Early registration ends November 15th.

Wildfire Women’s Luncheon

There will be a luncheon for women of the Wildfire congregation n Sunday, November 12 at 12:00 pm. We will gather at First Lutheran Church of Crystal for food and fellowship. Thanks to all who donating school supplies for this year!  This year’s supplies were given to 304 students from 100 families.  This included 136 elementary, 70 middle school and 87 high school students. Help Wanted!!!!- we are looking for volunteer drivers to do pick-ups at Cub Foods.  We need men who can do heavy lifting…

We Need Milk Jugs!!

What do we need: gallon-size plastic jugs from milk or orange juice; just the jug, not the cap; rinsed out, please! We need 200 of them! Why do we need them?  Joe Brehmer will use them to plant seeds in January which will grow into perennials to be planted around the worship space patio.  It’s…














Wildfire Bible School

Shipwrecked!  Children ages 3-5th grade- join us for Vacation Bible School at House of Hope Sunday July 22nd-Thursday July 26th.  We meet from 5:30-8pm, with optional dinner at 5pm, for Bible lessons, singing, games, and crafts!  Invite friends!  Talk to Pastor Gretchen with questions and to register.
